As a Delivery Director, I provide the vision and leadership necessary to plan and execute strategic programs and tactical projects for Enterprise, ISV, and SaaS clients. I leverage my Agile project management expertise and certifications to deliver impactful solutions that align with the client's strategic objectives and drive growth and efficiency.

I have a strong background in business administration, with a bachelor's degree in Global Sales and Marketing from Fachhochschule Oberösterreich and a master's degree in Business Administration. I also have a keen interest in social entrepreneurship and innovation management, which I pursued through a course at the Social Entrepreneur School IBS. Additionally, I have a Europen certificate in Organizational Gestalt, which enhances my interpersonal and communication skills.
