Sergii Melnichenko is a seasoned Agile & Organizational Coach with a Ph.D. in Psychology, bringing a unique perspective to the intersection of psychology and management. His work focuses on facilitating productive and conscious work environments within teams and organizations.

With experience in the IT and Non-IT industry, Sergii has effectively used his skills as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master to help organizations find innovative and efficient ways to develop their products and services. His portfolio includes successful collaborations with renowned companies such as Byblos Bank Lebanon, Terrasoft Ukraine (Creatio), McDonald's Ukraine, StarlightMedia Production, MHP, ROCHE Ukraine, Astound Commerce, Coingaming, 90POE Open Ocean, and many others.

As an active member of the Ukrainian Agile community, Sergii regularly shares his insights as a speaker and trainer, spreading his knowledge and passion for combining psychology and management principles. His belief in continual learning and development is evident in his numerous professional certifications. These include the Scrum Alliance's Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified Agile Leadership-1. From Scrum.org, he's earned a Scaled Professional Scrum with Nexus. Sergii is also a Kanban Management Professional with a certification in Kanban System Design from the Lean Kanban University, and has accomplished the Management 3.0 certification. Further, he is accredited in Transactional Analysis by the European Association for Transactional Analysis.
