About speaker:
I am a certified PMP manager with over 10 years of experience in project management, bringing expertise across both the NGO and business sectors. With a background in construction education, I have successfully managed a diverse range of projects, including construction, organizational, and digital initiatives, as well as PMO rollouts, and worked within such programs and projects like UnitCity and UDP projects, Kovalska group industrial projects, Ukrainian Red Cross Society projects.

Since 2022, I have focused on NGO project management, particularly in developing PMOs tailored to the unique challenges of humanitarian work. My role involves addressing donor demands for systematic project management, ensuring that operations are optimized and outcomes are consistently achieved in complex and challenging environments.

In addition to my work with NGOs, I leverage my business sector experience to manage projects, roll out PMOs, and conduct business process analysis.
